It's nearly ten years since Cluetrain came out. I remember the thrill of reading something that made so much sense. I was even moved to become a signatory as "Richard Houston" in the days before I came out as a double-barrelled person.
Today we opened up just a little bit more at Channel 4. We have started a blog, called Platform 4, which is where we of the "Future Media and Technology" team (formerly known as "New Media") will be posting our thoughts, dreams, explanations and plans.
As a new Channel4.com slowly emerges over the next few weeks, it seems a good place to share the plan, the successes, the problems associated with taking a new direction.
It's taken a long time and is a small step. But I am pleased we are here.
